Description

KO-COON's signature piece and the perfect first bed: a Moses basket handwoven from 100% ilala palm by Malawian artisans, as part of a fair-trade partnership. Simple, natural and easy to carry.

Details

  • 100% ilala palm, handwoven
  • Generously sized for comfortable use from newborn to around six months
  • Easy to move from room to room through the day
  • Can be reused as a storage basket once outgrown
  • Pairs with the KO-COON Merino Nesting Pod and a Rocking or Foldable stand
  • Handmade, so slight size variation is natural

Safety

  • Moses baskets have no formal safety standard, so KO-COON builds theirs to bassinet requirements and tests every one
  • 25 to 27 cm depth all round
  • A 3D wavy weave for airflow
  • 40 kg strength press, plus stability and entrapment checks

Care

  • Air the basket regularly
  • Dust it regularly
  • Give it some sun now and then to keep it fresh

The best high chair that takes you through the years

This is the best high chair, my daughter still uses hers at the kitchen table at 7 years old because it converts to a normal chair after baby is done using it as a high chair
