These are the website terms and conditions relating to the use of www.kidsliving.co.za (the website). By accessing and using the website, you (the user, browser, web surfer, customer) agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice.

What we do
Kids Living is an online retailer that provides Babies and Kids furniture, decor and other products.

You’re Payment Options & Website Security
You can pay with your Visa and MasterCard credit cards or via bank transfer (EFT) into Kids Living’s bank account. Bank account details will be provided on checkout.

Credit card acquiring and security:
Kids Living uses Virtual Card Services (Pty) Ltd to process credit card payments. They are an approved payment gateway for Absa, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank of South Africa. If these major banks trust them I’m sure we can too. Virtual Card Services (Pty) or VCS uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.vcs.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Kids Living undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that are carried out to receive payment for goods sold on www.kidsliving.co.za. Kids Living cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on your electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that you may inadvertently installed on your device.

Customer details separate from card details:
Kids Living will store customer details separately from card details, which are entered by you, the client, on VCS’s secure site. For more detail on VCS refer to www.vcs.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency:
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Your Privacy
When placing your order and/or creating your account, the e-commerce system will require personal information such as your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and credit card details. We promise to keep this information private and it won’t be sold or made known to third parties.

Payment Agreement
By purchasing a product from Kids Living you are agreeing to pay any and all charges associated with the purchased product. An agreement of sale between Kids Living and you the customer is only valid once payment has been made and when we receive proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Kids Living.

Disclaimer
kidsliving.co.za sells Baby and Kids furniture and products online. The use of any product bought from www.kidsliving.co.za is at the purchaser's risk. You, (the customer, purchaser, user) indemnifies and holds Kids Living harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website.

To our best efforts and knowledge, Kids Living tries to make sure that the website and product information is accurate and up to date. Also it is our objective that all the products promoted on our site cause no harm to our customers, to animals and the environment. Nevertheless, humans are prone to technical errors. Therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website.

Neither can we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. We have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Kids Living chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: Kids Living, 15 Hudson Street, Greenpoint, 8001, Cape Town, South Africa.

Changing the terms and conditions
Kids Living may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Product Information

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual products may vary.

Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error. We will contact if we are unable to source the product in time or if the products are unavailable for any other reason and offer alternative items that are available, a full refund or voucher for the same value of purchase.
